The chairman of Kawkab Marrakech's sports company has denied reports that the coach could leave to take charge of another team, according to Hesport, Kech24 and Hespress Sport. He insists the stories have no basis whatsoever.
In a statement, the club's management said it was surprised such rumours were being spread, warning that they could unsettle the squad. Kech24 reports that the chairman called them malicious.
On the pitch, Kawkab Marrakech are 1st in Botola Pro with 13 points after 6 matches, and won 1-0 at Amal Tiznit on 31 October. Next up is Wydad Casablanca at home on 7 November, kicking off at 16:00 Casablanca time.
