Knicks: fake ring email sparks club clarification as staff are promised rings

Sky Sports reports that the New York Knicks moved to set the record straight over how their NBA title rings are distributed. Staff had been sent a fraudulent message inviting them to claim one.

The outlet adds that some club employees will get a ring, and that the club describes the episode as its own error.

On court, the Knicks come off a 107-103 defeat at Boston on 23 October in the NBA. They host the Orlando Magic on 25 October at 23:00 Casablanca time.
