Le Havre: Didier Digard sacked, according to L'Équipe

Bottom of Ligue 1 with 2 points from 9 games, Le Havre, home to Morocco's Amir Richardson, reportedly part ways with their coach.

According to L'Équipe, Didier Digard was sacked as Le Havre head coach on Saturday, the day after the heavy 5-1 home defeat by Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1. RMC Sport says his exit was expected, with no official confirmation yet.

Le Havre are 18th in Ligue 1 with 2 points after 9 matches and are still without a league win. They also lost 4-3 at Marseille and 3-1 to Auxerre before the PSG defeat.

Foot Mercato reports that majority shareholder Blue Crow Sports Group made the decision and that president Jean-Michel Roussier is also set to leave. Le Havre's next match is against Lorient in Ligue 1 on 8 November at 16:15 Casablanca time. Amir Richardson is the Moroccan player at the club.
