The Dallas Mavericks have not yet exercised Zaccharie Risacher's $17.4m rookie scale option for 2027/28, according to Hoops Rumors. The team did so for Cooper Flagg earlier this month, but still has until Monday to decide on the forward.
Hoops Rumors cites Christian Clark of The Athletic, who writes that the former No. 1 overall pick is doing his best. On the court, Dallas, coached by Dusty May, are 4th in the NBA with 2 points after 4 games, and won 113-109 at Miami Heat on 26 October.
Next up is a home game against the Houston Rockets on 31 October at 00:00 Casablanca time.
