Dalton Knecht is joining the Knicks, according to BasketSession. The outlet says he has just been cut by the Los Angeles Lakers and that New York chose to give him a fresh start.
BasketSession says the small forward will bring his shooting to the reigning champions.
The Lakers, coached by JJ Redick, are on a two-game winning run: 127-105 against the Golden State Warriors on 22 October, then 125-117 against the Los Angeles Clippers on 24 October. They visit the Utah Jazz on 25 October at 21:00 Casablanca time.
