Darius Acuff Jr. scored 33 points in his second NBA game, according to BasketUSA, against the Portland Trail Blazers of his idol Damian Lillard. It was not enough for the Sacramento Kings, as Portland won 128-120 on 24 October.
The outlet says Acuff Jr. received praise from Lillard. The Blazers, coached by Micah Nori, had beaten the Phoenix Suns 124-83 on 22 October after a 128-118 defeat at the Golden State Warriors on 17 October.
Portland next face the Los Angeles Lakers on 28 October at 03:00 (Casablanca time) in the NBA.
