NBA: LaMelo Ball took four steps before three-pointer

LaMelo Ball hit a three-pointer against Miami Heat after taking four steps, according to BasketSession. The NBA referees' union confirmed the play was illegal.

His brother Lonzo Ball had fun with the younger sibling's mistake, the outlet reports. It did not hurt the result: Minnesota Timberwolves beat Miami Heat 131-106 on 21 October, then Orlando Magic 115-93 on 23 October.

The Timberwolves host Toronto Raptors next on 25 October at 23:00 Casablanca time in the NBA.
