Hoops Rumors, referring to a report by Howie Kussoy in the New York Post, says Brooklyn Nets are taking a gradual approach to building Mikel Brown Jr. up to a full NBA load.
The rookie hurt his ankle before the campaign began and his court time is now capped. He came on as a substitute in the team's opening game and played 20 minutes.
Coached by Jordi Fernández, Brooklyn Nets lost 125-121 to Cleveland Cavaliers on 2026-10-24 in the NBA. They face Boston Celtics on 2026-10-27, with tip-off at 23:30 Casablanca time.
