Santos: Neymar's father named managing director of the club

Neymar Senior, the father and agent of Neymar, was named managing director of Santos on Friday, according to L'Équipe and RMC Sport. Foot Mercato describes the post as chief executive, following an agreement signed with the Brazilian club.

According to L'Équipe, he will hold the role until at least the end of 2026. His son, the Santos captain, still plays for the club, RMC Sport notes.
