Soufiane El-Faouzi has updated fans on the injury he suffered in Schalke 04's match at Köln, according to Hesport and Hespress Sport. The Moroccan midfielder says he has a broken nose and a forehead cut that needed stitches.
It happened on Saturday 24 October in Bundesliga round 7, which ended 0-0. According to Hesport, the club also detailed the injuries to El-Faouzi and a German team-mate after their heavy collision. Both players underwent thorough medical checks.
