Victor Wembanyama was his side's best player against the Houston Rockets, according to L'Équipe, but it was not enough: the San Antonio Spurs lost 110-114 on 24 October in the NBA. The paper wonders whether his mind is still elsewhere.
The defeat follows a 104-116 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on 21 October. The Spurs had opened with a 126-97 rout of the Sacramento Kings on 17 October.
Next up is a home game against those same Sacramento Kings on 28 October at 00:00 Casablanca time, in the NBA.
