According to L'Équipe, LeBron James started at centre in Philadelphia's first five because of the absence of the injured Joel Embiid. It was his first time in that role for five years, the paper says.
Philadelphia 76ers lost 106-93 to the Detroit Pistons on 25 October in the NBA. Afterwards, L'Équipe reports, James said the option was not sustainable and that he is not there to play regularly at centre.
Before that defeat, the 76ers had beaten the Milwaukee Bucks 127-116 and the Cleveland Cavaliers 114-106. They travel to the Indiana Pacers on 28 October at 23:00 Casablanca time.
