NBA: Jaylen Brown keeps his distance from Jayson Tatum

Hoops Rumors reports that Jayson Tatum is still reaching out to Jaylen Brown, yet the pair's old Celtics partnership looks far from repaired. Brown is said to have taken offence at Tatum's comments about the trade that took him to the Philadelphia 76ers.

The same outlet adds that Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla, quizzed on the spat, praised Brown's contribution to the club but stressed that his attention is on the present, not what has gone before.

On the floor, Brown and the Philadelphia 76ers sit first in the NBA with 3 points from 3 matches, including a 127-116 win over the Milwaukee Bucks on 24 October. Next up: Indiana Pacers v Philadelphia 76ers on 28 October at 23:00 Casablanca time.
