FIFA will visit six Moroccan cities in November and December: Agadir, Casablanca, Fès, Marrakech, Rabat and Tanger. According to Yabiladi, citing the organisation's announcement on Tuesday, the visits are meant to select the sites for the 2030 World Cup.
Hespress FR adds that inspections are also planned in the candidate cities in Spain and Portugal, the two countries partnering Morocco in the bid. The stage is meant to assess whether stadiums meet the technical requirements.
On the pitch, Morocco, coached by Mohamed Ouahbi, return on 11 November at 17:00 (Casablanca time) against Niger in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
