Tenerife are in mourning. Striker Jesús de Miguel died on Tuesday aged 30, according to RMC Sport, a day after a heavy collision in the match against Andorra.

Foot Mercato reports that the club itself announced the news. He had suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest despite a swift response from emergency teams.

RMC Sport adds that he came through at Léganes and played only in Spain's lower divisions, never in La Liga. Le360 Sport also reported the news.
